Remembering the Soldiers who never returned

It's been over 75+ years since the USS Scamp (277) sank somewhere near Tokyo in 1944. My great uncle "Billy" William David Burns, Jr. was among the 83 men who would remain in the Pacific ocean on "eternal patrol". My cousin, Bill named after William recently gathered history and presented a memorial service and this video was compiled to help us understand Billy's life and the crew of USS Scamp.
